IN PRINCIPLE UNPARALLELED:
THIS IS HOW TRUSPRAY® WORKS.TRUSPRAY applies an alternative method of aerosol formation based on the principle of capillary atomization. The TRUSPRAY method enables, for the first time, atomization of highly viscous formulations – gel, wax or concentrate – combined with sensible flow rates.

| Phase 1: |
Rising in an ascending capillary tube. The TRUSPRAY valve is a standard valve with a capillary tube. With only minimal use of propellant the product rises up the capillary wall.
| Phase 2: |
Beginning of aerosol formation.Tiny drops are torn out of the formulation by the flowing propellant and continue to flow as aerosol.
| Phase 3: |
Flow through spray head. The TRUSPRAY spray head contains a bent capillary tube. Neither a (flow-inhibiting) swirl chamber nor an atomizer jet are necessary. In this way the energy generated is utilized entirely for aerosol formation.
| Phase 4: |
Release of aerosol to the outlet opening. The aerosol particles leave the spray head and form the spray mist. TRUSPRAY enables flow rates of up to 1 g/10 sec. and more. Thus, for the first time, even substances that are difficult to atomize can be sprayed optimally.
